Take the Got H.E.R.S Get More
 31 Days of Journaling Challenge

These prompts are designed to help you reflect on and assess the various areas of your life, including your perspectives, patterns, and desires. Daily journaling has been found to boost mood, reduce stress, increase mental and emotional clarity, and validate your personal experiences so you can create meaning from them.

These particular prompts serve as a springboard for creating lasting change. While they were originally designed for the end of a calendar year, they can be done anytime.
There are no rules to this challenge. That means you can start with any prompts, skip prompts, journal daily, weekly, anytime, and on anything.

While you may write a journal by typing, it is suggested that if you are able to, you handwrite these prompts. Studies have found that writing by hand increases brain connectivity patterns, supports memory, and processing of new information.
