Let Dr. Boz customize professional development for educators. In addition to being a secondary level special education teacher in English, History and Life Skills for 15 years, Dr. Boz has also served as Special Education Department Chair, an educational coach, Department of Education Supervising Practitioner for Educator Licensure, and a PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) coach and team member. For 3 years, Dr. Boz was a Behavior Specialist for a large urban school district serving over 26,000 students, providing professional development and mentoring for educators and administrators. Dr. Boz created a 9-month Life Skills curriculum, and developed best practices for middle school SEBS programs (Social, Emotional Behavioral Supports). Dr. Boz has also taught current and aspiring educators as an adjunct professor at the Master's levels, teaching Classroom Management, Culture Competency, and Contemporary Issues in Education.
