"After the Defining Moments , our girls have walked away with a sense of strength and felt a need to be more deliberate in actions. The girls left with a sense of hope and felt more comfortable using their voices in regards to their experiences. I think often times they felt shame about their experiences. This workshop provided them with the tools to flip that shame into feelings of empowerment and  resilience."
